What is your return policy?
We offer hassle free return on all of our items for 60 days and we do not deduct any fees for unused items. If you wish to return your unused item for any reason simply contact us through the 'contact us' page with your name as appears in the purchase details and the item purchased.
For domestic customers: We will provide you with a prepaid return label for you to print to return your unused items. All you'd have to do is paste it on the packaging and drop it off at any of the USPS mail boxes. Upon the return we will issue you a full refund.
For international customers: Due to the high shipping cost with international items, we are unable to offer free return
If your purchase includes upgrades/discounted bundle items, please kindly note that they also need to be returned in order for you to receive a full refund on the main item.
I just paid, how soon will you ship?
All orders placed before 2:00pm (ET) will ship the same day Monday to Friday. Orders received after 2:00pm (ET) will ship the following business day. All shipments will come with tracking.
Estimated delivery time is as below:
US & Canada: 2~5 business days
EU: 8~12 business days
All other international: 10~17 business days
I received an item that is defective/damaged how do we proceed?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this brings. We inspect each item before it is shipped and we have experimented with various packaging. Over the years, we have been able to dramatically reduce the rate at which an item arrives damaged and almost completely eliminated occurrences of a defective item being shipped but they do still happen from time to time.
Simply send us a photo of the item and we will send out a replacement for you on the same/the next business day.
Do you guys do repair? Can I send my phone to you guys?
We are planning on providing a mail-in-repair service but unfortunately at this moment, we are not able to assist you with this. We apologize for the inconvenience this may bring.
How long does the DIY repair typically take and what does your lifetime warranty cover?
The average repair time is about 2 hours, but we recommend performing the repair when you have plenty of time just in case. In our experience, most errors happen when the repair is rushed.
We have lifetime warranty on all of our kits, our lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the contents in the kit under normal use. Should you experience any issue during/after the repair, simply send us a message with the details and we will resolve it to your satisfaction promptly.
Physical damages caused by operator error (i.e dropping the phone) is not covered. The warranty is limited to the lifetime of your device for device-specific products.
